"We Are Coming Back..."

"We have been to Maui over ten times in the past 30+ years. And, we have had our share of hotels and condos from Kahana to Wailea, as well as B&B in Paia. I came upon this place by chance while surfing the internet, and I read the reviews in Trip Advisor. We were nervous because we couldn’t figure out how a quiet place could exist on South Kihei Road. Couple e-mail exchanges and a telephone call, and we decided to come and stay here. We are soooo glad we did. Janna and Richard have carved themselves a piece of heaven on Maui. The grounds are as soothing as the ocean – their hard work and dedication shows! And, our second floor ‘cottage’ was just perfect. Huge lanai to watch the sun come up from behind Haleakala and have dinner in the evening (I could live there forever.) Very spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen (ate-in almost every night!), and a very nice bed room suite. Fresh flowers in the cottage, home-baked cookies and coconut and pineapple and friendly chats – they certainly know how to spoil their guests."

Our 2 Bd. Vacation Cottage

We only have one two-bedroom vacation cottage for our guests. So if you want more room for your stay, you will want to book it as soon as you know what your vacation schedule will be. You'll love this private and secluded unit, located above the garages, with its breathtaking view of Haleakala (Maui's 10,000 foot high volcano).

The fully equipped kitchen in each of our one bedroom units comes with a full sized refrigerator, a four-burner stove top, a toaster oven, a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, plus all of the eating and cooking utensils you will need.

You will enjoy cable TV and your DVD Player so you know ahead of time that you can enjoy a good movie if you like while you are here.

"It's Paradise"

"The Maui Beachfront Condo Rental house is far and away the best place I have ever stayed. I had my wedding here on these beautiful grounds, and rented out the 2 bedroom cottage for the week. The hosts Janna and Richard made sure we had everything we needed.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this place is. Fruit trees, flowers, palms, fountains - incredible. If you come here make sure you have Richard show you the grounds. And look closely at the fountains...they have fish living in them! So cool. Our two bedroom was stocked with everything we needed and then some.

Janna and Richard even left fresh coconut and apple bananas from the grounds in our cottage, along with fresh flowers. And somehow, even on the warmest days, the cottage stayed cool. The location is perfect, as the building is set back from the main road, but the local market, restaurant and Longs Drugs is within walking distance. At night you only hear geckos and frogs.

On a side note, my wedding here was perfect. Not just because of the location, but because Janna took care of details that came up. She is amazing. She even bakes cookies and breads for guests staying at the Maui Beachfront Condo Rental. I really can't say enough about Janna and Richard and the paradise they have created here.

The two bedroom cottage comes with one king sized bed, one queen bed and one queen size sofa bed in the living room. We've taken pains to put quality features into each of these bedroom suites.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms in this suite have showers made of Travertine Marble. You'll notice the high quality of this unit and the craftsmanship of fine quality cabinetry in the kitchen.

We have ceiling fans in each room to keep the air moving. With our awesome ocean front location, each of our units will usually experience nice offshore breezes which will keep you comfortable year-round.

The Unit is NON-SMOKING.
We cannot accommodate children under 8 at this property
due to insurance liability.
The Property is Restricted to Registered Guests Only.
