Of course, we have a designated area for smoking on
our property, so all of our units will be fresh when you arrive.
Sorry, No
Children Under 8 Allowed. Unfortunately,
for insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate children under 8 at this
property.
Only
Registered Guests Allowed. Again, this is for your privacy.
We only allow registered guests which keeps down the noise for all
tenants. So you don't have to worry about loud parties.
A Gated Property
for Your Privacy. Our units are very private and
will certainly enjoy our quiet setting.
Ceiling
Fans in each room. With our awesome beachfront location,
you'll see that we have great offshore breezes which will also make
you comfortable.
A Fully Equipped Kitchen.
This includes a full sized
refrigerator, a 4 burner stove top, a toaster oven, a microwave, a
blender, a coffee maker, plus all eating and cooking
utensils.
Bedroom and Bathroom with Shower. All showers are made of
Travertine Marble.
Your
Own Private Covered Lanai. It is so nice to be able to sit
in your lanai and look out at the ocean, without seeing any of the
guests beside you. Each unit has a privacy wall between it and the
next suite.

is simply the best! When we arrived, we found our clean room to be
very spacious and stocked with items for daily living (beach & bath
towels, cooking pots, pans & utensils, out door table & lounge
chairs under our private lanai… and the list goes on. I highly
recommend watching the sunset in the hot tube. This is when you will
realize your dream has become reality!
"We really enjoyed the fresh coconut,
passion fruit & bananas that owners Richard & Jana gave us from
their garden. The grass, garden & hot tub area were all meticulously
kept. Daily while I laid my towel on the soft grass to catch some
rays, my husband enjoyed an afternoon nap under the beautiful trees,
not far from the ocean. We were treated like family, not just a
guest.
"Richard kept my husband up to date on
the weather and recommended 2 great spots for us to go snorkeling.
Jana took time out of her very busy day to assist me with my wedding
gown on my wedding day (she did such a beautiful job on my WEDDING
BOUQUET, I had it freeze dried). They both have a heart of gold. We
are already planning our return trip!"

Sized Beds Each one bedroom unit has a king size bed.
Cable TVs and DVD Players. So you know ahead of time that
you can enjoy cable and a good movie.
Laundry Facilities. We launder all of your towels. You
may use our laundry facility to do your personal laundry if you
like.
Lounging Pools / Spa. Right next to each of our one
bedroom units you'll find this view (on the right).
BBQ Area. We
have a Propane Gas BBQ for your use.
Beach
Chairs & Towels. Yes, we want your stay to be memorable.
You can walk right down to the beach and enjoy nature's best.

to the beach!
