"My wife and I recently returned from Maui where we had a fantastic week staying at the Maui Beachfront Condo Rentals. We've long used Trip Advisor to make our travel decisions so we felt we should post a review here as I would definitely recommend this place to others. It's incredibly quiet, located in a great location, the units are very nice (even nicer than the photos make them appear on-line), and the owners are great people who will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy yourself (many thanks Janna and Richard!). If you're looking for a condo to rent in Kihei, this is most likely your best bet."

Rates & Reservations

We know that those special little touches are very important. Our oceanfront condos were completed in 2003. When we built them, we took meticulous care to make certain that we added just the right amenities. We keep these units in tip-top shape.

Check around and you won't find any other Maui oceanfront condo rental rates that are as reasonable as what we charge. We offer exceptional value for what you pay. That's why so many of our visitors come back year after year.

All rates are per night in USD Currency (plus taxes).

To Begin the Booking Process: You can either click on the email button at the bottom of this page to send me an email, or you can call me directly (at 808-879-5454) and book your place on our calendar. Remember, we only have a total of five units, so our calendar fills up quickly. Be sure and call me as soon as you know the dates you want.

All units are NON-SMOKING suites. Of course, we have a designated area for smoking on our property, so all of our units will be fresh when you arrive.

Sorry, No Children Under 8 Allowed. Unfortunately, for insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate children under 8 at this property.

Only Registered Guests Allowed. Again, this is for your privacy. We only allow registered guests which keeps down the noise for all tenants. So you don't have to worry about loud parties.

"We stayed at the Maui Beachfront Condo Rental in June and we would definitely recommend it! We had our own private beach to watch the sunrises every morning and sunsets every evening. Janna and Richard were excellent hosts. They provided us with everything we needed, they even gave us fresh pineapple and coconut! The location was perfect, we were right in the heart of Kihei where we could even walk to restaurants and shops. It felt very private, we had the place all to ourselves. We will definitely make our way back to Maui someday and will stay with Janna and Richard."
